worn out and well below average in every way

Cannot say anything bad. My room looked nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the climate control was fine too. The room was decorated to look even nicer. The restaurant is fine. The staff is friendly. The inner territory is full of tropical plants that give you shadow.

This is a large older property surrounded by lush gardens. Although it is older, the room was in decent condition and had all we needed for a pleasant stay. It's a short walk from the town center with convenient onsite parking.

The hotel was beautiful but much of the grounds or not kept up. But the worst thing was we spent three nights and three days complaining that there was no hot water and it still didn't get fixed by the time we left I will never stay here again they are not willing to work with me for a partial or complete refund

The rooms reminded me of Spanish vintage. Lots of character and spacious. Very clean

Gorgeous hotel a 10 minute walk from the center plaza. Spacious rooms with private patios/balconies. The landscaping on the property is great and staff was incredibly friendly.

Great ecotel. Comfortable rooms, quiet, and close walk to downtown. The on site restaurant had great quality and tasting food. Would definitely stay there again. Extremely good value. On site parking was plentiful and safe, no issues.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
