Ecotel Quinta Regia

Reservamos por tres noches y nos quedamos una más, porque tuvimos unos días excelentes en Ecotel Quinta Regia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y luminosas. Nos encantó nuestro balcón con vista al jardín que es un verdadero jardín botánico con los nombres de cada especie. El personal amable y cálido. El restaurant con precios accesibles. La piscina muy limpia. Todo muy espacioso, limpio y tranquilo. Ideal para descansar. Volveremos!

It was perfect ,, very nice staff and location!!

We paid for 3 nights but left after 1 as the bed was way too hard, noises from A/C were too loud and property was not well maintained with regards to general landscaping (it is aging and an eye sore). The staff is phenomenal though and always had great service. And we also had a great flan and frozen margaritas.

Beautiful hotel, great value, restaurant had great food and good prices. The service was very good and the rooms were super clean. We booked the hotel mainly because of the pool and tennis courts but the gardens and location were a big plus.

I stayed there 2 days in room 503 No WiFi at all in the room. If you need WiFi like I did, This place is not for you. I was told several times that they fixed it It never happened. However, the stuff was very nice. Very unhappy for this Rea on

stayed there for three nights. comfortable bed and balcony, secure parking. the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the town centre

The sewer smell in the bathroom stayed all the three days of our stay. I notice this was a complaint in a previous review. I booked the hotel anyway hoping that this was already taken care of. The bedroom smelled musty. I had bug bites 2nd day. I am not recommending this hotel.

It is a 15-20 minute walk to main square. Room was nice with walk in shower and parking was good. The grounds had lots of tropical vegetation and a swimming pool which was ok for short laps if no one else present. The restaurant onsite was convenient and served tasty food. Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor which did not disappear with the A/C.

It is overall a very nice experience at Valladolid, 45 min away from Chichen Itza. Room was good, and the people at reception and the restaurant are all very cordial. In our stay, initially the AC was not working but 2-3 persons came quickly and fixed the issue. One possible improvement might be the language as most people in the hotel dont speak English
