The amenities and facilities were superb. The room was also a wonderful size with a reception area and could comfortably fit a small family. Do not forget to check out the spa facilities, we waited until the end of our trip and wish we had sooner, there are so many spa treatments and options that are available. Be sure to visit on your first day at the hotel.

The Overall stay was Amazing. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was Top Notch and worth every penny. The pool was great for my daughter. The Junior Suite was spacious and quiet despite being very close to the family pool. The Terrace Grill was Awful and the hotel should seriously fire anyone connected to the quality of food. It was poor at best. The toilet seat in the room was partially disconnected and the AC in front room didn't work well. The AC in the bedroom worked so well, we didn't notice until the 5th day. These issues actually weren't reported because they seem so minor because everything else was so great. The Staff were always very friendly and accommodating despite the check in error with Expedia. If they improve the quality of food in the Terrace Grill, this hotel will truly be a 5 Star Hotel.

Lovely pool and big family rooms (we had a suite on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies). A bit of a mix up on check in we had to change rooms but otherwise it’s been a good experience. Breakfast is good with lots of choice, room service a bit underwhelming. Near a very nice beach

Doesn’t really compare to other 5* hotels. Pros - Good, but not exception food, that varied in quality. Main buffet was nice. Terrace bar was terrible. Nice, helpful staff. Variety of solid live music every night. Cons - Facilities and rooms are tired looking. Floor and shower in room was broken. Kids pool is very basic and boring. Kids club is one small hit with some painting materials, only open for a few hours in the morning and afternoon.

Excellent séjour, le 4ème étage avec ses piscines privatives est à découvrir absolument ! Personnel au top. Sa coma est un très bon endroit pour passer un séjour avec une multitudes de choses à découvrir, ses plages magnifiques, ses criques (Calo d'en Rafalino), Cala Millor à deux pas pour se promener et faire du shopping... tout le monde s'y retrouve :)

After a disastrous booking in another hotel we found protur biomar which was a nice hotel. We got a free upgrade on our room which was an added bonus. Me and my partner enjoyed our 6nights here.

Wunderschönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, kostenlose Parkplätze, großes Frühstücksbuffet! Es war fantastisch! Das Zimmer mit Swim Up Pool war unser Highlight!
