The hotel has the nicest staff I‘ve ever encountered, everyone was just really great during our 7-day stay. It’s a very family-friendly hotel with lots of amenities for kids. The half board was really nice, with great breakfast and dinner buffets. The rooms are pretty and modern and the hotel has several very nice inside and outside pools. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the location of the hotel. Sa Coma and the surrounding villages are super touristy and not really authentic and also it’s pretty far away from everything else on the island.

Det var inte så mycket folk på hotellet pga covid-19 men personalen var otroligt serviceminded. Kvällsbuffen var otroligt bra den kvällen vi åt och frukosten var väldigt bra också. Den privata poolen som ingick till det rum vi bokade var kanon med sol hela dagen. Sängarna var lite hårda för vår smak men i övrigt ett mycket fint hotell!

Kan verkligen rekommendera detta femstjärniga hotell som under dessa speciella förhållanden som nu råder gjorde allt för att hålla en fin service och göra det trevligt för gästerna Överallt bar personal mask och var mycket noggranna med hygienen i exempelvis matsal och övriga allmänna utrymmen. Vi trivdes jättebra och kommer att tillbaka, förhoppningsvis under coronafria tider.

The management and the working people did an excellent job, but the design and layout of the room was a disaster

We were really impressed with the facilities within the hotel, the cleanliness and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. After a long journey and clearly being tired, we were offered a welcome drink in reception. The spa was a welcome treat. Unfortunately only the buffet was open whilst we were there so we didn’t get to sample the restaurants. It would have been helpful to have been told this beforehand. The evening buffet, which we used on the first night, was, we felt, overpriced and the food was average. We did, however, find the breakfast buffet very good.
