This hotel was quite nice. My wife and I went and enjoyed the pool areas and the rooms were large and clean! The facilities had a myriad of activities. We had friends who stayed in a nearby villa and they all came over to hang out! My only criticism is the buffet dinner was average but the buffet breakfast was excellent.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness in the whole hotel is second to none. The staff are well trained and would never walk by without greeting you. Both times we’ve chosen half board - the buffet selection is excellent and you can opt to dine in one of their nearby affiliated restaurants (extra charge). Locally there isn’t a great choice of local restaurants for dinner (Burger King and some themed restaurants). The Protur group has quite a few hotels to suit most tastes in this resort- the Biomar Grand seems to be the most upmarket one with its five stars. Included in your stay is one spa circuit per day. There is an adults only pool and a family pool. Within the whole site are various sports activities (some are free) such as mini golf, golf driving range, a water park, a small safari park & tennis. The nearby beach is sandy with chairs and umbrellas to rent and has a pleasant promenade. Bike hire and boat trips are available.

Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Der Wellness Bereich ist total veraltet. Man muß im Pool Badekappen tragen. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig.

Super Essensauswahl und die Suiten sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Leider war die Zimmerreinigung nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Bspw wurde der Boden täglich zweimal feucht gewischt, aber benutztes Geschirr und die Essensreste der Vornutzer blieben mir erhalten, bis ich sie selbst aufgeräumt habe.

Good facilities. Good food. Easy accesibility the beach. Good number of activities in the evening. Family friendly.

Excellent hotel where the food is superb and the rooms spacious and well catered for. A couple of little details were missing compared to some 5* rated hotels though all in all a very good hotel

Prachtig hotel en niet zo massaal als de omliggende hotels. Schoon en het personeel vriendelijk . We hadden een junior suite wat heerlijk ruim was. Ik zou wel adviseren om zonligging te vragen als je kleine kinderen hebt. Ik heb vaak smachtend naar zon op 1 vd balkons van de kamer gezeten. Ook heb ik duidelijk zichtbare kinderanimatie gemist. Maar het hotel is verder geweldig

Äkta 5-stjärningt hotell! Har bott på flera fina 5-stjärninga hotell. Detta hotell levde verkligen upp till sina fem stjärnor. Rummen, poolområdet, med en separat vuxenpool, SPA-anläggningen där vi en dag tog ett underbart ångbastubad. Maten genomgående toppklass. Frukostbuffen outstanding. Vänlig personal. Efter en dag på den som vi tycker underskattade Sa Coma stranden, som var en av de bästa stränderna vi varit på vid våra resor till Mallorca med fantastiskt kristallklart vatten och alltid lediga solstolar, var det alltid skönt att komma till hotellrummet och varva ner i ett rum som hade en AC som alltid fungerade som den skulle, under hela dygnet. Rekommenderar detta hotell till alla som vill ha en 5-stjärning upplevelse på alla plan. Vi längtar redan tillbaka.

Excellent séjour. Nous y avons séjourné l'an dernier et sommes retournés encore cette année. On le recommande fortement. Petit déjeuner et dîner copieux et variés. Personnel très aimable. Piscines plaisantes. Activités pour adultes et enfants très satisfaisants. Nous y retournerons très probablement.
