"Disappointing"

Very close to my daughter’s flat. Liked the security. Liked the bar and seating area.

Only 2 bath sheets in room. No hand towels. Hated the laminate floor ! No bathmat. No phone . Only 1 bin. Tiny tv No biscuits Expected more from a central hotel.

The bed was comfortable, there was a kettle and stuff to make coffee or tea .

There was a funny smell in the bathroom . Couldn't turn the big strip light off when we just wanted the little side lights on .

The staff were amazing!! Went above and beyond to help us out. Location for the train station was great. Bar server nice drinks. Best thing of all was the staff.

The room was so so hot and I couldn't open the window and the air conditioning was not working. The bathroom smelled so bad of poo.

The room was very nice and clean. They also gave us a fan as the AC didn't always work and it was very hot weather. The staff were welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had.

The pillows were very flat and not that comfortable, also being very warm weather, maybe having a sheet instead of a duvet

"Hit and miss"

Location was great for the station and city centre.

No cooling in the room, fans were offered. Room was not suitable for stays over one day, lack of surfaces.
