It is near the Bristol Temple Mead train station and visible from the bridge. Staff are friendly and efficient, the room was big and very comfortable, and the bed. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or any other room, hence I managed to sleep properly, and I managed to prepare my coffee with the kettle, the coffee, the milk and the sugar that were in the room.

The room was clean and bright. Good location if you want to be very close to the train station.

Very small bathroom. Not so many options for dinner nearby. Limited gluten free options at breakfast.

Breakfast could be better compared to similar hotel premier inn....for 10.99 you get cooked eggs or poached...more fruits....more choice generally Almost no fresh fruit apart from fuit salad... yogurt could be better too

Air con not working on both rooms.....had to change room because one of the bedroom was near lift.... very noisy
