"Perfect stop over for the city centre."

Location to the city centre and train station. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and better than I expected. Breakfast selection was very good and good value too.

"Good value for money and ideal location for Temple Meads."

All the staff were really friendly. It was in a great location, close to Temple Meads. It was a good value for money. The room was a good size and fairly well appointed.

The room was quite hot and the air con didn’t work. The beds were a bit hard for my preference.

Perfect location for my needs, travelling by train & proximity to the railway station Ironing room was a great feature, ironing boards were in good condition and the sole plates were clean Breakfast was good value and the bar food in the evening was well presented and enjoyable

The way the showers in adjacent rooms and above you sound like the shower in your room is leaking water (poor sound insulation) The water replenishment for the ironing room wasn’t topped up, I had to go back down to my room to fill up. Towels in the room were threadbare and coarse
