Exit 5 Resort & Condominium

This facility was dirty, Mildew and mold in the bathroom, fixtures in the bathroom were gross. Eating table was sticky with residue as were the chairs. Living room furniture was dirty and terribly stained. Only positive in our experience was that the linens and towels were clean. Place should be reported to the City's Health department.

The property was very well maintained and staff were amazing. We had 5 people and only three plates and one glass in the cabin, there was spilled coffee dried all over the counter and under the microwave that was hard like not cleaned for days and no mirror in th washroom for the men to shave. However we loved our time there and staff was amazing

Really well kept and nice pretty landscaping. Check in was a little early and they were wonderful. Nice to have 3 bedrooms. Conveniently located

We decided to make a last minute stay and for the price they have the cutest little cottages! The office staff was super helpful and on top of everything.

The service was great. We always ask for extra towels and pillows. This time we asked for more shampoo too. Each time we asked for something he promptly brought to our room what we asked for. I did have to ask for a hair dryer and they provided one so some amenities are not in the room. You need to ask for it. The room was clean. The place was comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. Quiet area too. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived and the person checking me in was rude and ignorant. I told him my daughters had service dogs and he said I need to see them never had I heard of this. He said what you use them for again he was just inappropriate. Both my daughters are autistic nonverbal and runners . 25 min back and forth and then he says oh I need 200 deposit we only take credit cards. Needless to say just seemed like a lot. I just could not stay there. From the moment we arrived it was very uncomfortable especially when people are not educated on HIPPA or ADA

Had a reservation the owner of the hotel took upon them selves to cancel my reservation after I drove 3 1/2 hours to go to there, then proceeded to not let me check in and called the police

Will never go back. We rented a two bedroom cottage for our family vacation. The second you walk in you get a nasty smell right off the bat. Both my rolls of toilet paper had mold on them. My room was dusty and had trash from the previous people still in it. The door to rhe bathroom definitely had some sort of water damager and you couldnt shut it completely. They told us it was a 200$ and charged 240.00 instead. For a place so worried about turning them into condominiums and makes sure to get a deposit to make sure you dont smoke they cant even keep up with their rooms.
