The hotel overall was wounderful! Casey who we spoke with over the phone the night before arriving was very helpful And kind. I had a few questions about Accommodations, especially for my toddler who was with us. He answered them all. When checking in with Maria, she welcomed myself and my family with such warmth. I discussed with her my worries of my toddler not having his own area away from mom and dad to sleep (yes, I know, 1st world problems for sure). Maria so kindly upgraded us to a suite. Unbelievably kind of her. She also have such good conversation and my almost two year old son adored her. He didn’t Want to leave her when checking out! We will definitely be back Jacksonville ! Oh, also Todd who works there at the restaurant on site was amazing! Such a kind and funny man! - The Howard Family

My stay at the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel from Sunday through Tuesday was excellent. Our team at Brightline Dealer Advisors hosted a two-day sales event in the conference facilities, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. A special thank you to Shantil, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly, including coordinating lunches each day for our group of 30 attendees. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference. The hotel amenities were great, the meeting space was well maintained, and every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. I have nothing but positive things to say and would gladly stay here again for both business and personal travel.

The location was fantastic so many stores and exciting places to eat! The room was very clean it was excellent! The event I attended there was full of fun and great staff! The ballroom was beautiful and private. I would definitely recommend having a wedding here! All in all a great stay will be back for sure.
