"Needs Updating "

I stayed at this hotel while getting radiation and chemo treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The staff were amazing. The room was very outdated and had a terrible smell. I had to go buy plugins to deter the smell. In addition, the pool was out of order the entire stay. Marriott needs to be ashamed!

"Excellent Stay at the TownePlace Suites on Butler Boulevard"

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The mattress was excellent and the air conditioning worked very well. The free breakfast was also quite good and filling. They had mini-quiches that were surprisingly tasty. Sausage, eggs, waffles and lots of breads, cereals, yogurts and juices. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. Brandon went above the call of duty in helping us bring in our large load of luggage. I would gladly stay here again.

Staff a bit rude as we entered, Place is very dated and a little on the dingy side. They try to keep it clean but rust in bathroom fixtures etc. Needs to be updated! I would avoid it if possible but last resort ok.
