Was very nice staff and good area price was good bed too

There was blood on the toilet, curtains, and shower curtain.

Breakfast could have been better. Only one ice machine that did not work. Hotel is aging and in need of a remodel. Overall, good hotel for the value.

The manager couldn’t have been any more accommodating. It is an older property but clean and tidy. We were caught without a place due to hurricane evacuation. We had 1 night’s reservation and thought we were going to be out on the street. The manager assured us he would find something. He did and it was perfect. It made our time so much less stressful. We are so grateful to him. His assistants were, as well, the best! They eased the stress - I would never stay anywhere else when in Jacksonville.

We booked a king 1 bedroom With private bathroom, because there were 3 of us, was told we booked a queen studio even though I had a picture of my itinerary of what was booked, which was a 1 bedroom king suite with a private bathroom. That is a bedroom with a door and a separate area with a pull out couch. Man at desk would not help us and put us in what was reserved. We also had support dogs and was charged for them which is wrong. It’s pretty discouraging the clerk at front was unwilling to put us in the room we actually booked and paid for. So my question is, are you false advertising what you have available? What happened to top customer service? Very disappointed in this hotel and customer service we received.

Upon check in met Tiffany, probably the only bright spot in my miserable two night stay. I was traveling for work and was supposed to be there for 16 nights. I received my key to my room and upon entering I was met with a musty smell and noticed the shear curtains were laying on the couch. I went back down to the front desk and mentioned it to Tiffany who said she would have maintenance come up and fix it. About 10 minutes later the maid came in a scooped them up and left. I took my shoes off while I was beginning to unpack and stepped in a puddle of water right in front of the A/C unit. Explains the musty/ moldy smell. Back down to see Tiff at the desk again. This time she changed my room and “upgraded” me to a two bedroom unit. Upon entering the upgraded until I was met with another moldy smell and the carpet was torn up. Spent two night in that room and I have minor respiratory issues and both morning woke up wheezing and coughing. To say the least I changed hotels, and brands. Basically the hotel is just beat up and in need of a major renovation. I cannnot recommend anybody staying there for one night or two weeks.
