The room was unacceptable. We had no where else to go because it was 1:30am, but we left first thing in the morning. Completely disappointed and would love my money back if possible. I have never been in such a terrible environment.

I was going through the hardest time in my life having to lay one of my parents to rest Although I moved out of Jacksonville 10 years ago, no friends, no family except my parent I had no clue where to start and only had three days Florida while going through my grief I had no where to stay I turned to town place greeted by this amazing woman (Tiffany)she helped my with plans only a family was suppose to do. Ms.TIFFANY simply THANK YOU

When I say this is the worst hotel I been to it’s TERRIBLE. The first night we got to the hotel after driving 10 hours to Florida I found rat poop in the bed right next to my 3 month old son. We talked to the manager ebony about it and she said it was probably a coffee bean and the general manager Mike told us they don’t have coffee beans there. He was very polite the first time. Since it was so late at night we didn’t move hotels we we asked for new sheets for both beds and booked another hotel for 5 days later because we were staying up here for a work trip for 2 months. We thought we had found rat poop a second time and went to talk to a manager again ebony we wanted to talk to Mike because he’s the one who said there wasn’t coffee beans and was friendly to us but he wasn’t available due to family matters. He asked to talk to us this morning since he was back and started screaming at my husband saying if he was there when he was “throwing a tantrum” he would of threw us out on the streets right then and there.he also told us we need to leave this morning. My husband told him that when it comes to our son touching rat poop we have every right to go to them upset. Mikes response to that was we should of been holding our baby! What??? There shouldn’t of been rat poop in our bed in the first place.

The staff was by far the friendliest I’ve had to pleasure of having in an insanely long time. Made you feel welcomed and brightened everyday! House keeping was okay. I had to ask a couple times for them to actually change my bed sheets instead of just making the bed. Also, they never did fix the bathroom light.

My name is Sarah. My friend Miya and I were amazed by Ms. Ebony’s personality and hospitality. We appreciated her kindness and her care towards us. This woman absolutely deserves a raise and should be recognized for her service. We were first greeted by this rude woman earlier in the day who was highly unfriendly and barely gave us any respect. However, when we came back to wait in the lobby of the hotel for another 7 hours for our train to take off, we were greeted by this kind lady, Ms. Ebony. She was expertly lively and polite. She listened and treated us with the upmost respect. This woman is one of the best of the best. If you get the opportunity to meet her, you’ll want to give her the biggest hug. We thank her for the generosity and love she wasn’t obligated to give.

We really appreciated the helpful, friendly staff. The free breakfast is about the best we have experienced. Great coffee and a variety of good food. We used the grill and made our reservation to stay there again in a few weeks. Thanks to everyone there who helped us and made us feel at home!

The property was close to everything literally 5-10 mins away .. staff VERY nice & accommodative
