The TV channel was very limited, no hot water in the kitchen and not very clean

we had a room with a king and a sofa bed, but with the sofa bed pulled out, we could not walk around it to the left side of the bed. It butted up against the foot of the bed. The linens for the sofa bed consisted of a flat sheet and an old looking blanket that needed to be washed. It was way to small of a space for a sofa bed.

Awful experience. I booked a suite for our family of 6, which includes four teenagers/young adults. Room had two queens and a sofa bed. Great. Except when we got here the sofa bed obviously was not going to fit two teens. Asked for a cot, was told they didn’t have any. One of my kids ended up using the sofa cushions to fashion a mattress on the floor. After the sofa bed was made up, I sat on the end - and fell through. Turns out there were only two springs, one on each end, none in the middle. Then I want to take a shower. Shampoo bottle was empty and a dirty washcloth had been left hanging on the bar. Gross. Upon getting out of the shower, I slipped and barely saved myself from a nasty fall on the tile floor because the bathroom was flooded from the shower. I have been here 1.5 hours.

We had stayed at this same location about 7 or 8 yrs ago it was better then. Now it was ok, but definitely needs updating. T V channels were pretty weak, I couldn’t even watch FOX network. As well not having any steaming channels. What to me was bad, was that the wall sockets were in need of replacement. When any of us would try to plug in our phone to charge, socket holes so loose it barely held the plug. Only good one was on the kitchen counter or the one by the kitchen table. Not an expensive fit. Thanks for asking because I was intending to write a review anyway.

Convenient off 95, clean and friendly staff. Hot breakfast and plenty of free parking. Access to restaurants close by. Brandon is a great staff member, very helpful and friendly! Was very knowledgeable of the area with selections and options!

Room is totally dated. Needs an exterminator. Bugs… spiders
