The front desk staff were always so professional and kind, they found me a room last minute and were amazing from the moment I arrived. We had an issue with water in our first room and they immediately moved us to another room and never once made me feel bad for it. We left a very valuable item in our room upon check out and they immediately called us and put it away in a safe until we returned to pick it up. The staff went above and beyond and I would stay again in a heart beat. Customer service was top notch and I can not praise them enough.

Stains on couch, cabinets old and nasty, carpet gross. Needs major overhaul. The bed was ok but hot- likely memory foam and bedding very nice. Bathroom good- lots of amenities. Breakfast ugh- everything was microwaved , lousy selection. Omelets those microwaved kind- fruit old and over ripe - just go to Cracker Barrel and skip this “free breakfast “. I would not stay here again.

The property was overall good. For having the Marriott name the property needs work. The AC was leaking in the lobby and the pool was down due to maintenance. The property needed updating as they bathroom light fixtures were rusting and the room doors had chunks missing. Our room had to be switched after the first night because the hot water stopped working in the shower. The staff was great but the property needs updated.

This property is by far the worst Marriott properties I've stayed. I had an initial stay in Feb 2024 where there were numerous issues: Door having a gaping gap looking like it wasn't closed, the bath gel empty (but housekeeping was thoughtful in leaving the previous occupants bar soap in the shower with nether-regions hair on it, the "Gym" was hot with no fresh water in the dispenser and finally the "breakfast buffet" was less than appealing due to the overflowing garbage can. When I asked the crack staff about all if this they said "sorry can't do anything about it" I wrote Marriott to see if they would do anything and they said they would contact the property about these issues. So, I decided to give the property another try...BIG MISTAKE!!! Here are some of the top issues from this visit besides nothing being corrected from the previous stay: - The property is letting RV’s park in the parking lot where the folks are staying in their RV’s NOT in the hotel. Is this safe for the guests? NO - A lot of vagrants using drugs in the common areas outside scaring my wife when she took our dog to the dog walking area. Is this safe for the guests? NO Where is the property security? - People not staying at the hotel wandering through the halls and not being confronted by hotel staff. My wife witnessed an interaction at the front desk where someone NOT staying asked where the elevator was and just waved them on. Is this safe for the guests? NO - Room condition again was in a terrible state; holes patched over in the bathroom not painted, water leaking around the air conditioning unit and room cleanliness was less than appealing. So, a warning to all travelers STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, there are other Marriott's close by that have a much better rating and condition

The pool was out of order our entire stay. They said they couldn’t get the chemicals right but I think it was more than that. They were very evasive about it.

Big room

Oof. This place was rough. I enjoy camping, glancing, and everything in between and don’t consider myself high maintenance, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only positive I can say about this hotel is the staff. They were lovely, quick, and eager to help. While the hotel room was as clean as it could be, the first room we checked into had a very heavy cat urine smell. We went back to the front desk and the gentleman was extremely apologetic and helpful in getting us booked into another room. The new room smelled a bit musty, but livable. Our kids went to use the pool right away, excited to swim a little after a long travel day, but the pool was pretty dirty and green on the bottom. I know there have been some storms, so no biggie. The kids were bummed since they planned on spending any extra minutes in the pool. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed mold (I’m no expert, got it was fuzzy-looking black blobs) along the top of the bathroom and around the vent. One of the drawer fronts in the kitchen were missing, exposing very sharp nail ends that were dangerous to the kids, or even adults for that matter had we not seen it. We were excited to see that the TVs had streaming capabilities, but none of them worked and while the remote lit up when you hit the button to select that option, nothing happened. All this to say that I’m very surprised this hotel is still in business. We’ve been Bonvoy members for years and haven’t ever had an experience like this at a Marriott hotel. The staff were wonderful, nothing they can do about the issues that come with being a rundown hotel in desperate need of renovation. We checked out that day and went to the Delta Jacksonville Deerfield and wow - what a difference. I know it’s not apples to apples to compare a very recently renovated hotel to an older one, but dang. Nothing like staying in one to truly appreciate the other.
