Everything was clean, nice location. The pillows were a bit flat and donโ€™t understand why queen beds only have three pillows instead of 4.

Very old and outdated. It was clear they didnโ€™t care about cleanliness. Our room felt dirty and dark. We found a total of 3 bugs/spiders IN BOTH BEDS! We took pictures and told the front desk staff the next morning. He wrote my name down but manager never called me back. I called again a week later and was left on hold. Very disappointing, donโ€™t stay here. Itโ€™s dirty and they donโ€™t care that it is.

Well the first room we were sent to was not ready. The ceiling in our bathroom has a large hole. Powered eggs and turkey sausage is not breakfast for me.

During check in they didnโ€™t have rooms clean (this was 6 pm) they โ€œfound a room available โ€œ when we went into the room it was as if housekeeping just threw the blanket on the bed and none of the dirty towels were picked up. (After talking to front desk) got switched rooms to one completely different than my booking, no linen on one of beds . For the Hilton โ€œhypeโ€ I didnโ€™t have a great experience
