Honestly the front desk was chill and bartender was chill but everything was broken. Dirty garbage in our bathroom plus the beds looked like someone was laying in them. Pool closed and zero information about restaurant, or hours etc. not the best and management was informed and did not reach out. For us 125 for zero amenities should be illegal.

"Undergoing Renovation but Clean and Friendly"

We made reservations at the last minute and did not read past the overall rating. As we drove from Chicago, I did read the reviews and my heart sank because it was too late to cancel the reservation. When we arrived we received a friendly greeting. We found our room to be very clean. Yes, the decor is dated but they are starting renovations. Not sure why other reviews were so negative but that was not our experience.

The swimming pool was ok

Did not receive housekeeping on my second night and I did not know what all the hotel had to offer because the person who checked me in hand me my key and said the elevators on the side with no direction is this how you run your hotel if so you need help if you need me to come in to greet and show you how to to bring in more customers let me know

Our shower leaked and handle on the toilet was broken. One of the two queen beds had too small set of sheets and duvet on it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and clean.

Very nice lobby. Lots of seating area. Restaurant on site for breakfast bar on site for those who care for that kind of thing. Check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping is only every other day. We had an accident and on one of the beds in one of the rooms and they would not come and change the sheets. They brought clean sheets, but we had to change the bed. The pool access was broken so we always had to have the front desk glass in the pool, the hot tub is broken in the pool area. The rooms were rather dated. Definitely need an upgrade and aesthetics..
