Nothing.

The property was not as advertised. The pictures were not as depicted. We did not stay in a room because we did not feel safe. If you prefer getting yelled at by homeless people, sketchy area, and bad customer service this is the place for you. There is also an undisclosed parking fee of $15 per night to park your car in a sketchy parking lot. After talking to booking.com the concierge even agreed with our statements and to a cancellation but the manager charged us anyways and would not authorize cancel.
