Clean rooms

The girl that checked me in was the worst front desk worker I have ever experienced. I have stayed at hotels all over the US & even Mexico & have never been spoken to so rudely. She never smiled,got upset & actually yelled the answer back to a question I ask her to repeat (I have hearing issues) she then saw my car in handicap parking & said do you have a sticker for parking there,very rudely & i responded its in the window. She continued with the attitude & seemed to be irritated to even be speaking to me. I smiled the whole time & said thank you & responded to her questions & remarks kindly assuming she was having a bad day but it definitely ruined my experience with the hotel & i will never be back. The doors were also all on the outside so technically not a hotel & more a motel but rooms were clean. That was the only redeeming quality with staying there.

The mattress was uncomfortable

Walls did block the sound of loud location

Bed was not comfortable at all. Tv guide did not work for tv. Parking was extremely limited you should provide parking to guest at no charge a super simple room at a premium price then have to pay for parking on top of it, vs selling them as event parking spots. Daytime staff never looked up from her phone. When I mentioned coffee was empty it she seemed very agitated with me mentioning it.
