It was close to everything we had on our list

I was there for the cocert. the location was so good right cross the street. And walking distance to the city hall. the staff was nice and helpful. I will definitley back to stay there again.

The room was very clean and big enough for me. It looks the room was renovated not to long ago. The front del staff was Aldo very Nice and helpful. I Will be back again to stay there. Thank You so much.

Near work location

There are homeless walking around everywhere on the street and near the building, The area is loud and near the main street and a nightclub, Walls are thin and could hear next door neighbors yelling for several hours threatening to kill each other while banging on the door and walls. There was a nasty smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Close to downtown and convention center, walking distance from many small supermarkets. Just in front of Ogden theater. Reasonably priced.

Think everything was fine.

The room size was good, neither too small nor too big. The walk to the Colorado Convention Center was reasonable (and closer places were significantly more expensive for the dates I needed), although most people along East Colfax Avenue seemed rather sketchy. It was also a short walk to Whole Foods for some groceries.

I had not appreciated that there is no indoor corridor; the room doors open to an open-air terrace. There was plenty of noise around midnight - from outside, from plumbing etc in neighboring rooms, and from the window PTAC unit (especially when it was nearly freezing outside). I have not been able to use the free Wi-Fi — most of the time it wouldn't give internet access, but I managed with mobile internet (at least the reception was ok).

Location to convention center

Extremely slow and spotty WiFi connection. Street and bar noise was quite loud.
