"We didn’t stay because it was disgusting and dangerous; the hotel and booking.com wouldn’t refund me either."

Nothing. It was nothing like what was online. Awful part of town, dirty, broke-down.

Everything about it. Worst part of town, misrepresented online, dirty. I politely requested a refund, which they declined. I also requested the refund through booking.com which they said they would have to request through the hotel; I told booking.com I had already requested and they denied it, but since I booked through booking.com, and this was clearly misrepresented online, they should refund me; they didn’t either.
