"Adequate comfort with no frills."

It’s a bit aged but well kept. Glad they did have a working elevator! The concierge is courteous and helpful. The Continental breakfast are adequate.

It’s a bit out of the way from the Denver Amtrak train station. It’s in the old town area and not too safe to walk around alone.

"Sketchy Area"

Nice and newly remodeled room. Sketchy area with an abundance of homeless all over the place. Small parking area otherwise you had to park off site (not visual proximity to hotel). Parking was $15 per night - why pay for parking when we are staying at YOUR hotel???? Breakfast was okay with limited choices. They were spray painting the front of the building while we were there - right next to parking.

Location is the prime quality here. Within a few minutes walk of several fantastic music venues in downtown Denver.

PTAC iny room had mangled controls and instructions to use a remote to operate, but the remote was missing.
