Hampton Inn & Suites Greensburg

Location was great.

The air conditioner must of had a belt going out. All night randomly it would start squealing very loud. So all night I was woke up about every 20 minutes by the air unit. I called to see if we could get another room, but they said they had none available.

Very comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly and will try to help any way they can. Great selection for breakfast and a nice area to eat. Would definitely stay again.

There is nothing that comes to mind.

This place is falling apart and no one seems to care. We had No hot water for the 2nd time staying here. Rooms are Way outdated, and chairs have stains. Fortunately there is a new Marriott opening soon down the street.

Requested morning access to the gym due morning commitments evening prior. Next morning (after waking up early), was told they wouldn’t open it until 6 since they put someone in a room next to it. It’s 2025, there must be a way to design a hotel with plenty of space in rural setting without a room next to the gym… Worse, why would you put someone in that specific room when the hotel is over half empty? Nearly every other Hilton (which we stay multiple times per month) has a 24 hours gym. They didn’t seem to care which was more disappointing. Some other issues as well, but this seemed simple to resolve if you want to provide a good guest experience.
