"Warm at first but cooled down"

Room was warm when I checked in but cooled down eventually. Would have been more convenient if they had turned the AC down a little closer to check-in time. The room had a mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment. There were a couple of outlets on the bedside lamp. Bathroom had a shower/tub combo with an adjustable showerhead, a grab bar for safety, and somewhat of an anti-slip surface. Water pressure was okay. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking.

The property met my expectations but there was no "wow". Appeared to have Ben recently remodeled. The toilet seemed to be missing the bees wax gasket so whenever you sat on the toilet you got this nails on the chaulk board tile on tile grinding sound. The staff seemed a bit distant. I can't put my finger on it. They were friendly but again distant. Seemed rather strange.

After having a horrible experience at a Marriott in Shreveport, this was wonderful! Room was so nice and clean! Actually had 2 rooms and both were perfect for our needs!

Hotel was lovely! It smelled so clean and fresh. Staff was friendly. Very quiet, the beds were SO comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I had!
