Best Western Plus Pastures Hotel

Great breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff. Easy check in but only one door key. Fixtures and fittings needed some maintenance but was ideal for our needs. Unfortunately there was only one pillow per person which I personally found a little uncomfortable.

Outstanding team which made my stay a pleasure from check in and throughout. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general atmosphere around the place. I was working around South Yorkshire basing myself here. Unfortunately I took ill, was admitted to hospital and still not been discharged by check out date. The staff have stored all my belongings and given me peace of mind when I have enough stress with illness at the moment. Really nice to see a business show their human side. Really made me feel at home and I will definitely make this hotel my base when working in the area again in future.
