"Needs improvement "

Hotel is okay. Foyer and reception area are nice but the rooms are very tired and could do with upgrading. The overhead light in the room made it look like a hospital. The hand towel was stained with what looked make-up when I arrived so ended up having to use the larger towel for everything. The bed was very soft. The hotel staff were very friendly. It was ideally located for what I needed for my work trip, but it needs improvement

"Great service, room needing updating. "

Staff were wonderful. The room had a damp smell, the shower had a lot of mildew but shower was powerful and hot. Kept having to adjust the TV Ariel as lost signal. The breakfast wasn't the best but not expensive.

"Do Not Stay."

Pillows awful, like slice of ham, lumpy which gave awful sleep, shower wouldn’t stay on wall, you would think teabags & milk were like gold had to keep requesting them. I would not recommend staying at this Hotel.

"Not happy ."

The stay was ok stayed over on the 9th December.The noise from other rooms was disgusting partying till 2.30am in the morning . We was in room 17 . Room 18 and next door Banging doors talking loud shouting in the corridors did not complain because felt they would just make more noise .my daughter was working in the morning and thanks to the noise had very little sleep . Mentioned it in the morning to staff and said the night porter should of sorted the noise out and going to have a word with the member of staff . Said maybe if we book again they will give us a upgrade . Which I feel we will not go back to the hotel again so don't really help . I would like hotels .com to look into this .
