Best Western Plus Pastures Hotel

The only thing I was Dissapointed about was that there was no room service.

Plenty of parking spaces,quick check in. Family room was of a good size,shower was good. Breakfast was plentiful and staff helpful.

Great welcome at reception and the team member went out of his way to help me with local directions. Room was comfortable and clean.

Had a great overnight stay. Reception staff were so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast staff also amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel

They show on the website that they have laundry but they did not. After biking 50 miles with 40 miles of it in the rain with 11-year-old twins, I needed to do laundry. The gentleman that checked us in was of no help at all. I ended up washing things in the shower and then needed a fan to dry them off. I used the only fan in the room to do that. I requested a second fan from the older gentleman that was at the front desk overnight and he told me that they had some on order waiting to be delivered but he could not give me one last night. I asked if one of the empty hotel rooms had a fan and he replied “no, you have the only fan”. When I asked around at breakfast, everyone is in headbands in the room. When I asked the lady at the front desk, the hotel was not fall last night. Yes, every room had a fan. We slept in an 80° room with no air movement as the fan that we had was needed to dry clothes so we could leave the next morning. Would not recommend this hotel or the staff to anyone.
