"Nice hotel "

Comfortable hotel, have stayed few times now. Nice room Walking shower really good. Can be noisy with music from Down stairs and across at restaurant. Shame they still do not serve Hot Chocolate at breakfast. Two years ago we were told they were getting a machine, but still nothing, strange as they do have hot chocolate sachets in the bedrooms.

only stayed one night en route to Sheffield for snooker. lovely looking from outside, lobby is nice, rooms are decent but can do with an update. bit older feeling. wifi is shocking, unable to log on, when reception aided this, it would never work, got advised it's because we are full and everyone will be watching Netflix. lol, no, it's just awful. breakfast however was lovely, we had to two hot options, I'm sure it was £11-£12 region. all items fresh and warm, and the ladies walking the floor are a delight. noisy room my side due to folks smoking at main door. thankfully the other side was my mothers and it looked over some grass and fields so she slept fine. they need more disabled parking spots. only had two.

We was absolutely blown away when we arrived, what a gorgeous venue you have. Our room was absolutely pristine, even pretended we was on 4 in a bed! Immaculate, your cleaners really are of an extremely high standard and so friendly and caring. Your staff was also out this world and very accommodating. We will be making regular trips to Mexborough and will most definitely only be using your hotel. Perfect for a cosy stay for couple and perfect for our family too. Thank you so much for having us.
