There was no window in room only very high flat skylight which we could not open due to mechanism not working and sunday morning male receptiontist was rude and unhelpful...room smelt probably due to no air in room. Would not stay there again and i would definitely not say that it was a comfortable place to stay.
Clean, comfortable no-frills hotel in the heart of Luton. Will stay there again in future. Only gripe was the room got a little stuffy as the window didn't open very much. Would have liked to open it more.
The hotel were not expecting our arrival (4.a.m.) and it seemed at first that we wouldn't get a room. We were told that we had missed check in. I had psoted a note in my booking saying that I would be arriving late at around 4 a.m. We were given a room but it seemed as a favour. Not the best arrival experience. Thebedding was clean but the carpet stained and the headboard worn/damaged.
The room was very clean but dated. Location was very good, but the hotel was tired and could benefit from some modernisation
Walking distance train station, bus station, shopping centre, hotel clean, secure parking, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Only minus was the TV didn’t work Freeview was down in the Luton area, and the corridors smelt a bit strange.
The hotel room had no air conditioning or ventilation whatsoever, resulting the room feeling unbearably hot even when the outdoor temperature was low. There wasn’t even a fridge in the room and all of the furniture was worn to the point of looking like it was going to disintegrate. 0/10 please don’t go here.

This hotel is very, very convenient for Luton Station. It’s basic but the rates are cheap (walk in cost per night was £60 and just over £30 with Hotels.com). Staff helpful. Rooms are functional.
This was just a quick stop over for me. Somewhere to rest my head after a long day so I didn't really need a great deal of comfort, but in any event the room was clean, had all I needed (bed, kettle and tv) but it also had a newish and clean bathroom with a very nice shower! ,
