Hotel in very poor condition, none of the windows shut in our bedroom. Train track directly behind hotel which was extremely noisy especially at night. No plug in bath, shabby decoration in rooms. There was obviously loads of workmen stay at hotel due to the disgusting state of the carpet everywhere! Only good point was that it was a good location for the airport.
Nice hotel, we enjoy the room, but it was to hot, without air conditioner, there was only a fan.
Lacking AC and noise from road out front made it hard to sleep. Hotel staff was great. Room was dated but served purpose.
Excellent Value for money. Just one critiscm was no air con. Although fan supplied with this recent heat it was hard going.
Room clean but no hot water on one of the warmest weekends. So made for a very uncomfortable day.
Close to all public transport, shopping centre, airport. Perfect location. Hotel staff are nice. Early check in if requested or staff will do their best for you to get you room early and late check in. I checked in at midnight without notifying, no problems. Great great hotel
One of my regular places to stay in Luton, mostly nice friendly staff, great location for travellers. In general could do with a bit of updating but great value for money overall

A very handy hotel for onward travel as it is very close to the station interchange for trains and bus to the airport. The hotel is a little tired but excellent value if you just need somewhere for the night. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We know the hotel from its previous life as Ronelle's nightclub so had the bonus of a nostalgia trip.
The comfort hotel is a pleasant place with very friendly staff however the last few stays i have had a room thats extreamly run down eg broken toilet seats , cracked sinks & to top it off this time No Hot water!! Brought this to staffs attention & of course they were apologetic however its not good.
