Great welcome and fast check-in service however, condition of the room could have been better. Shower head was vibrating and could've fallen off at anytime and drainage system was not the best as shower tray was flooding every time after use. Had to wait up to 15 minutes to use again.

Convenient location for the train to London, and staff was terrific, very helpful, very kind.

We stay here all the time its always our first choice hotel in luton, staff always friendly, always clean, and right next to the train station which is so convenient for me, from getting off the train im literally in my room within minutes as check in is always so fast and hassle free.

There was NO WIFI however it’s advertised on the websites and on the hotel’s signage. Haven’t had WiFi for months I was told. NO air conditioner in lobby or rooms. The lobby floor was slippery from the humidity. Shower head fell off in the middle of my shower because they used the wrong connectors.caulking was all over the place. The hotel is literally directly underneath the train tracks so the room rumbles and noisy. You cannot close the windows because the room is extremely hot. I believe someone bought the hotel and tried to fix it up themselves just to open the doors. This hotel rating should be a zero honestly! Sorry not sorry the best thing about this hotel is nothing.

We got two rooms for 6 people, and in both rooms the beds were horrible. They also had no wifi for the entire 4-night stay which was difficult us traveling internationally. The hotel was being painted and seemed to be going through some updates so hopefully they're moving in the right direction. It was also near a noisy, very active train track which was fine for me but light sleepers should be aware!

Good location,staff attitude. A bit tired as property but quite clean. Good value for money

Close to the airport. In Fact, we walked to Luton the next day which took about 40 minutes. Bus station is 2 minutes away and train is 3 or 4 minutes walking. Very happy with value. Only complaint is the no wifi thing, but there's is a bar across three street that has it.

Had no air conditioning in my room ,the window never opened had a little fan the bed was hard and could hear traffic or people as was right next to the road will never stay here again

Ideal for a night stay. Close to Luton Airport and Train station Staff where friendly and arranged for a taxi for our early morning collection to Luton Airport. Big shopping centre and restaurants a short walking distance away. We stayed on the ground floor at street level which was very noisey. The room was tired looking, but had a newly fitted bathroom. The bed needed a new mattress as you could feel every spring and the head board needed replacing as it looked like it had been attacked by a clawed animal. The bedding was clean and there were fresh towels supplied. The room also had tea and coffee facilities. We did however have a nasty surprise of finding a bed bug on the sheets when we woke the following morning. We reported this to the reception on departure and have since been contacted by the customer relations from the Choice hotel group.
