Very good only issue we had we was blocked in the carpark at 5.45 so receptionist had to get the owner to move her car Receptionist very helpful
Dirty smelly rooms. The price says it all. Never again!
Great location for airport, easy enough to park. Main light in room didn’t work - wasn’t able to change room or replace bulb so had to unpack, repack and dress in the dark for early flight. Had to do makeup by a bedside lamp which wasn’t ideal!
Luckily just a 1 night stay for flight out of Luton No facilities no bar no smoking area no food but that was ok but the place is the noisiest place we’ve ever stayed next door slam a door your walls shake, main traffic lights outside window with music blaring from cars all night and I won’t mention what was offered by the smackhead outside the hotel
Awful. No rooms on arrival. Sent to another hotel. Poor customer service

Excellnt two days, very friendly staff.
Very clean ,very nice staff and rooms :) but in our room wās so hot :( we could not sleep first night, hot as in hell, so that was uncomfortable. When returned after 2 days it was hot too but littlebit better ;)
Well recomended. Clean room and looks nice. For this price very nice hotel. Very close to train statnio and bus interchange. Friendly and helpful staff.
