stayed there for a night, had a problem with the shower so the girl at reception was very helpful and upgraded the room. Very friendly service, good location right next to the train station. Would stay there again !!

I had to check out of the hotel as the bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. I have also never stayed in a hotel where theres a £50 cash deposit before. I am so dissapointednthat the hotel is not refunding my money. The matress wasnt even flat...ut scooped up alot at the base...i would like to see staff sleep on a matress like that. I would have even been uappy with a half refund but they have flat refused. Disgusting. I wont ever stay at any hotels in this chain again. Such a very dissapointing experience.

Mattress was firm at all, so many Staines on the carpet, foul smell, no toiletries available and not provided upon request Toilet flush not working.
First checked in room was full of smoke and then moved to some room on roof top which was uncomfortable small and bed wasnt comfortable springs coming out not satisfied
I visit luton every week and stay at same hotel but this time the room was too hot and even then the radiators was turned off it was too hot and couldnt breath i suffer from astama i had 2 attacks beacuse i couldnt breath
The 50 pound cash deposit is really strange. The staff were not too friendly as well.
