Early morning check in after flight. No issues checking in. Hotels quite noisy in terms of traffic, but a welcome place to rest after a long day.
Great value hotel, very convenient for Luton centre and Kenilworth Rd. Only issue cold water tap in room not working, otherwise excellent
The accommodation met with my needs in terms of location and cost.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from the bus station; very friendly and helpful staff. But it is noisy - we were on the 2nd floor (no lifts); and the main line through the station is on approximately the same level. There was also people noise (outside the hotel) at 2:30 a.m. On the other hand, we had a spacious room with separate bathroom. Wifi was poor (but worked OK elsewhere in the hotel).

WiFi was fast I had big suitcase and my room was upstairs but there was not any lift. It should be on the website that there is no lift ! The Tv didn t work. When I asked to change the room, the reception replied “All Room are occupied”. I checked online tried to book the room for the same night, there was room available.😳 To entry the hotel I had to press the button so someone can let you in. But a few times, I had to stand there waiting because no one let me in. Once I had to walk to the other entrance and pressed the bell, a guest at the lobby let us in instead. It was nosy from the traffic outside. The mattress was poor. Can feel the springs.
Location and value for money. In the centre of town so close to local amenities.

Booked for the night before an early flight at Luton airport, woke up to take a shower, freezing cold water. receptionist very unhelpful and rude. Only could say sorry for the situation. Not impressed at all. Loud trains at night too.
I must have stayed at around 100 properties during my life and this has to be the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Massive long list of the issues within this property. The biggest problem was the bed. Absolutely no cushioning for your back. Just springs! Would’ve been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. No shower gel in bathrooms, floor sticky. Windows so thin you could hear people walking past property. Car park an absolute mess too. People blocking each other in. Could’ve ended in a total nightmare as flight could’ve been missed. Overall, a total shambles. Very very poor. Never again will I look for a bargain. Stick to reputable chains.
