good value for money and staff very friendly very close to bus and train station
Had a room booked for a family 2 adults and a kid got 3 single beds and all three beds had a wooden board nailed to the base off the bed that stuck out from the mattress, my 2 year old boy scraped his back on it and when I told them what happened got told we make a note nothing we can do now! Absolutely awful place do not stay here if you care about your family
Great location for Luton Airport. Excellent value and staff were great.
Comfortable, clean, convenient.
Room was fine enough, noisy from the railway right outside the hotel, but does switch to quiet running between 11pm -6am. A general musky smell prevails probably from the old carpets, and the room was quite warm even though the heating was off. Not uncomfortable but would be in the summer, a fan was provided which helped move the air but crack a window and the train noise is terrible.
Even with the Crisis of the coronavirus virus the staff were friendly and approachable and the service of the hotel was outstanding

Room was not very clean, bed was uncomfortable, staff were just okay. Saving grace was how close it was to the airport bus.
