"UNSAFE HOTEL"

DANGEROUS Bathtub. There is NO anti slip on the tub base. When my wife tried to step in the tub and before she could grasp the Grab Barbar she fell. The carpet and chairs were heavily stained. I have called NUMEROUS times to speak to the GM about this situation, and She has NEVER returned my calls. I will NEVER STAY in this hotel or chain again. Thankfully my wife wasn't injured, and the hotel is lucky I didn't sue them. Crappy Managment who GHOSTS their customers. Yes I did report the incident to the front desk clerk.

Thank you very much to the staff, the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t know her name, she worked on the evening of June 21, she helped us with the room, there were problems with the rooms, she replaced them for us with cleaner and more comfortable ones, she did everything so that we were happy and stayed. Thank you

Staff was delightful and accommodating. Enough pillows for each bed. Breakfast is good!!!

There was no ice machine on the 4th floor level , you had to go to the main lobby floor .

Dryers don’t work pool isn’t open hallways don’t have working air the mattresses really should be updated and the sofa bed was broken considering it’s in Lumberton and is clean and no critters in our room was a plus but should be a bit cheaper unless the do some renovations
