Comfort Inn & Suites Lumberton Central I-95

TV remote did not work.

breakfast was fine.

We had to get another room. Commode water running which wasted hotel water. No towels, phone did not work, TV unhooked. Furniture was yard sale quality with several knobs missing on the dresser and chipped of finish. Lowest quality Comfort Inn I ever stayed in. Brought swimming suit for pool but pool had green water and dirty. The picnic table beside pool out side had a broken bench. The AC unit on the 3rd floor hallway was loud and not working and the hall way was hot. Would not stay here again until there was a make over. Tile in bathroom floor was loose.

Location right off the highway was great

Unfortunately it was raining this morning. The entryway was wet. The tile floor was slippery and I fell. I’m a little bruised but ok. Staff was very quick to see if I was ok and rearrange the floor mat so no one else would fall.

The hotel was filthy. The room smelled of mold and mildew. I had to go buy a bottle of febreeze because the room smelled so bad. The hallway was scorching hot. I was very upset. I had stayed there 20 plus times before and it was always 5 star. This time I wouldnt even give it half a star. We had to travel down to their other hotel to take our children swimming and when we approached the lady qt the desk she told us we could this time since we had already been told by our hotel but they dont usually do that. I felt like a bum. I was seriously disappointed overall.

this place is horrible. dookie sheets, bugs in the bed, multiple flys, and dirty floors. I think this place could do way better.

Convenience

This was just a stop on the way north. We wouldn't stay again. While the staff was very friendly but the building is not well maintained. The carpet everywhere is old and dingy as is the furniture and fixtures. The lighting in our bathroom was barley sufficient to see over the sink. Could hardly see in the shower. Not that we had any interest in swimming, but the pool was filled but it was green and had weeds a foot tall growing through the cracks in the pool deck. The breakfast offering was what you would expect from this type of hotel. Typical eggs, sausage, etc.
