The water in the shower was cold, the breakfast was a little stale, the AC in the room wouldn’t stay on.

I stayed maybe 30 minutes roaches were in our room and it stunk really bad we left I wish I could get my money back , the pool was down and fitness room

What a dump. This is the worst hotel that I have ever visited in my entire life. For starters, pulling up to this hotel was something out of a horror movie. The sun was shining so bright outside, but the parking lot and the building looked gloomy. It’s located beside one of those hotels that don’t look too safe, so be careful yall. The good..ABSOLUTELY NOTHING The bad…Where do I begin? You can smell the nastiness of this hotel on the outside. When you walk in, all you smell is mold and mildew. It’s 4th of July weekend, and the two hotels that I frequent are booked, so I couldn’t leave. The guy at the front desk was incompetent. He looked like he was happy about his 10.00 hr position because he could have cared less about the “comfort” or complaints of his guests. The elevator was a tragedy. There is no way that they should have been operating. The noise alone was enough to scare a church mouse. The floor I stayed on was stinky and hot. They have the air conditioners that were made in 1900 bc that didn’t blow out any cold air. The room it’s self, not even sweet baby Jesus and his unicorn could have saved me from what I was about to experience, so brace yourself. The room smelled like a mix of sewage and the morgue. The bathroom toilet made a noise when flushed and it leaked from the bottom. The walls had stains on them..blood or ketchup, I don’t know what it was. The bed sheets…only god knows. They were supposed to be white, poor sheets were beige. The room smelled, felt sticky and was below standard. The UGLY: Considering the fact that we had an event in the city, I knew I wouldn’t spend much time in the room. Checked in at 4, left out at 5p..returned at 2a..laid down at 2:30a..out of the bed at 3a because something was biting my partner and I. She was bleeding from hers. We went downstairs and the lady at the desk was so apologetic once she saw the bites. She called the manager. The manager was so rude and basically didn’t give AF..she didn’t apologize, offer a discount, a voucher nothing…she just said the room would be inspected for bugs. What a disgrace, I literally spent less than 4 hours in this hotel, but suffered tremendously. Called corporate, they promised someone would contact me by Monday. By Thursday, no call..so I called back only to find out this hotel was independently operated. Money wasted..horrible customer service..a complete DUMP. Get this…my beloved parents stayed here as well, their room was just as filthy, and they even had someone’s left over sweet tea in the fridge. This is the TRAP..located beside another TRAP. If you have any respect or dignity, please stay away from here. It’s literally a nightmare on dawn drive and the manager and workers must be some kin to Jason. Everything was horrible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful however the pool was not open and having a pool was a main reason for choosing the property.
