TownePlace Suites Joliet South

The property was clean, quiet and convenient off the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a double suite with a pullout couch, and kitchenette. The issues we had was the closet; you could utilize it from front door and also the bathroom. There was shelves and a Mirror, on the bathroom side, however no Light, no ac and no privacy to change or get ready. You couldn't even walk through the closet it was too narrow. We traveled with our 2 teenagers (1 boy 1 girl), normally we make things work, but this space did not work for us. The TV was too small and not well placed in the room. Thank you.

It was fantastic! Came in for a wedding and had an extended stay. Staff was super friendly. From was very clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet since it is right by the highway. Great eating nearby, too. Great place to relax at the end of each day.

Nice. Clean. Room not same as pictures. Strange setup

Needed a place to stay to meet up with a friend and travel to IA. Joliet in general is great for this and this hotel fit the bill. It is right off of I-80 so easy on/off the highway. There’s a fair number of food options very close by as well. Hotel is slightly dated but the room was very comfortable. My only quibbles were fairly minor: the bathroom had no light near shower and it was really dark there, even in daylight. I wish you court stream from phone on your Tv but you could sign into Netflix, which was nice. The breakfast was a but subpar. They had two hot options but very limited cereal and no bread for toast. But I want to give a shout out to the staff: to a person they were friendly and helpful. Didn’t rate five stars because it’s not a five star place, but for hotels in this range I think it’s 4/5. It would be higher if it were not quite so dated.

Nice clean place. Spacious room. Pleasant staff

The room was spacious and the service was impeccable. I took my mother and put in her own separate room she raved on how comfortable the bed were and how friendly the staff were with her.
