L’hôtel est spacieux et la piscine très grande Le restaurant italien ainsi que le marocain sont très bon Le personnel adorable

L’arrivée car on avait réservé pour 3 adultes et avons eu un upgrade dans ce qu’ils appellent une suite mais avec juste un lit double À 1h du mat c’est pénible Ça a été réglé mais ça a prit du temps Les chambres cote rue sont très bruyantes surtout que notre baie vitrée ne fermait pas

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Kühle Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Einrichtung schien schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fitnessgeräte teilweise wackelig und in der Funktion eingeschränkt. Nur eine sehr kleine Flasche Trinkwasser pro Tag kostenfrei. Nächtlicher Lärm durch eine nahegelegene Bar. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen Marrakesch entfernt.

Chambre très décevante. L’ameublement est très ancien et fortement dégradé. Malheureusement, malgré plusieurs réclamations, il a fallu insister avant qu’un changement de chambre soit finalement effectué. Je recommande d’éviter ce type de chambre (vue jardin), du moins au vu de mon expérience Concernant le personnel de l’hôtel, l’ensemble de l’équipe a été sympathique, accueillante et professionnelle. Seul le premier responsable de l’accueil avec qui n’a pas été à la hauteur du service offert par le reste du personnel…
