"Ideal pour profiter"

Tres bel établissement avec une grande piscine, nombreux transats et lits detente. Hotel charmant, accueillant, familial. Nous avions réservé une chambre de 55m2 et nous avons été surclassé dans une magnifique suite de 110m2. Un merci aux équipes. Le petit déjeuner buffet n’est pas le meilleur que j’ai croisé mais il reste satisfaisant, petit plus pour les preparations marocaines réalisées à la demande. Le restaurant marocain de l’hotel est excellent.

Il faut compter 10-15 min pour être au centre de la ville. Petit mall sympathique à quelques pas. La douche de notre chambre était bouchée et n’a pas été réparée après notre demande à l’accueil. Résultat : sdb inondée chaque soir. Le service du pool bar manque parfois d’efficacité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kenzi Menara Palace. Un grand merci à Adil, Saïd et Douha pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention constante. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour et ont contribué à le rendre encore plus agréable. Merci à eux ! La qualité du restaurant est à souligner ainsi que le niveau de service.
