L'accueil en général du personnel

L'attitude du concierge : dès que l'on arrive à l'hôtel ils nous a pris en charge. Mais au lieu de s'occuper de notre check in, il s'est contenté de nous vendre des excursions et nous a laissé en plan après qu'on ait refusé ses propositions.

"Lieu magnifique pour se reposer en amoureux"

Habitué des riads sur Marrakech on a décidé pour notre anniversaire de mariage et mon anniversaire de changer. Et bien j’ai été agréablement surpris par le standing de l’établissement et le confort de la chambre. Pour une parenthèse romantique c’est parfait : calme, belle piscine, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Navette gratuite pour aller sur la place Djemaa el fna.

Pas grand chose, juste 2 petits couacs : - La navette nous a oublié avec 3 autres personnes lors du dernier retour de 19h15 on a dû prendre un grand taxi pour nous 5 et payé 100 dirhams que la conciergerie a refusé de nous rembourser - nous devions prendre le taxi à 7h, nous avons décidé de prendre le petit déjeuner à 6h30 ( heure d’ouverture), 2 tiers du buffet n’était pas installé. C’est dommage de ne pas avoir la même prestation que les clients qui viendront un peu plus tard
