Beautiful facility and staff that work hard to make your experience there worthwhile. The restaurant has a outstanding selection of food and drinks. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely come back!

Old fashion hotel. Like it. I have been there past year already

Need to ask an adaptor to the reception has the old fashion plug did not have the earth thus couldn't work with my international adaptor. 🙃😉

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff was amazing. The security guard was very friendly. The Hotel was very quiet in our area. Although you'll have to go through a VERY busy road, there is an access into Chapultepec side close by (5-10 minute walk).

The only downside are the beds. They are a very firm.
