"Nice hotel in Chapultepec by parking great area"

Location-amazong. Peaceful. Quiet. Right across from park. Great restaurants and bars and cages within walking distance Staff-front desk was good. But charged my card without permission and without running the card (used numbers from other reservation). Restaurant- staff was horrible. Wouldn't serve me room service because I had an accent and out me in hold for 15 minutes. One server asked me for tip because I only left him 10% in cash. Restaurant way overpriced Hotel- clean and comfortable. Traditional. I'm liked it.

"Decent hotel in a great neighborhood "

Location-loved it. Perfect area. Quiet and clean. Tons of great restaurants. Hotel- very nice and clean. Spacious room. Traditional. Staff- front desk staff was very nice. I had an issue with Expedia and hotel payment. The hotel was confused and I was as well. They charged my card without permission. That worried me a bit. Restaurant- way overpriced. Not impressed with staff. Waiter had the nerve to come to table and ask me for tip because I told him 15% using the credit card but he asked if we could pay too in cash so he didn't have to share it and I said yes. I gave him 170 pesos in cash which was 10% and he asked for more. Also, I wanted room service in the morning and they out me in hold for 15 minutes while talking in the background. The lady told the others she didn't want to help me because I had an accent. Very rude.

Naomi was very pleasant and helpful, and her English was better than my Spanish so that was a definite plus. The hotel was nice and cozy and convenient to many nice restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, within a short but nice stroll. Shower had Plenty of water pressure and heated up quickly. Bed was Very hard, though. I don't like excessively hard beds, but if you do, then you'll be thrilled. I think I'll try to add some photos in Expedia.

Location was great, right near the wonderful Bosque du Chapultepec urban forest!

The facilities were a bit shabby, definitely needing some TLC and enhanced upkeep. The bed was also ridiculously hard, which was unfortunatel.
