The hotel is nice and well kept. But it smelled like perfume. And I think the 75 dollar charge for a dog was a bit steep

The carpet was damp when he got to our room after check-in. The room had a slight smell to it, assuming it was due to the moisture from the carpet. It was my fault but I assumed there was daily housekeeping but there was not. Once I requested it, I received it. We visit a couple times a year, with all the options, not sure I will stay there again.

Overall good property, only downfall was the pool was closed and my son was really looking forward to it.

The hotel was opened a few days before our arrival. The staff was great. Because it was so new, we were the first ones to use our room. There were extra touches, such as shelves in the bathroom and kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. They still have a few things to work out with the breakfast, which is why I only gave it a 4 instead of a 5. There was not water at breakfast. The OJ was at the bottom of the dispenser, as though it was left over from the day before. The apple juice was warm as well as the OJ. The biscuits were not cooked all the way through. Other than needing to improve the breakfast, the stay was great.

I did not like how the bathroom floor looked as if all the dirt was pushed to the walls or corner. Did not like finding long hair strands on bathroom floor and bathtub walls. Under beds had visible garbage can tell never clean under beds. A big hair clump hanging off the phone near the desk area. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. The pool is down for “servicing”, and the water was switched off from 10AM-2PM for “maintenance”. I’ve returned to the hotel at 4:30pm from a day out and the room has not been cleaned. I was to I have to request housekeeping service!!! I was also told they can come tomorrow. Unbelievable. Worst hotel stay EVER! I would not stay here again.

Arrived evening of July 4 in a group of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 babies. Only one staff person on the desk and one person serving and cooking food at the restaurant. Both of these individuals were outstanding and the highlight of our long day of travel. Especially the young woman who cooked and served us our late dinner.
