I enjoyed a nice relaxing time at this large, all-inclusive hotel. It turns out I was the first guest since they reopened for the new season. There were some minor snags, but the staff was very professional about it. Checkin was smooth, except they didn't show my reservation in the system because I booked after midnight on the same day of my arrival. They allowed me to check in anyway and saw my reservation a little later. The room was clean, it was relatively quiet because of low occupancy, but all of the guest services were operating normally. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of options. The scrambled eggs were among the best I've ever had in a breakfast buffet, so I went back for seconds. The only real issue was a lack of water pressure in the morning, but by the time I returned to my room after breakfast it was back to normal. I know it was a bit stressful for the staff, but they handled themselves professionally and I had a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel.
Nous avions reserve 2 chambres (2+3). On nous a propose a notre arrivee une chambre de 5 avec une seule sdb. La chambre se situait au 3e etage, et le 3e lit etait un lit d appoint. Les draps etaient taches. J ai refuse cette chambre, le gerant a alors trouve deux chambres (2 + 3) comme demande dans l etage 1 entierement renove. Le restaurant est correct, la piscine aussi. Acces plage facile, transat payant en sus. L'equipe d animation a bien fait son travail, proposant un petit spectacle de danse traditionnelle. Dommage que la salle de spectacle ne soit pas renovee et un peu delabree.
Hôtel d'apparence extérieure correct mais très décevant à l'intérieur. Ne mérite en aucun cas les 4*.Salle de fitness inutilisable, chambre sombre et humide (chambre extérieurs). Salle buffet très bruyant, le personnel est désorganisé et peu accueillant. L'alimentation choisie pour le petit déjeuner était de très mauvaise qualité. Je déconseille le All inclusive.
We recently returned from a stay at Themis Beach Hotel. Our flight had been delayed & on arrival check in was easy & we were informed that Cold plates, fruit & water had been put in our room for us since we had missed dinner. The room smelt of new paint and appeared to have been refurbished. We paid extra for a safe key for our room but declined to pay for a TVs remote. Overall large parts of the hotel had been refurbished but a few areas still have to be done. The staff were always very helpful & friendly, they couldn't do enough to help. There were additional charges for loungers at the beach but poolside loungers were free.
Hotel très bien situé à 10min de l'aeroport (ne pas prendre de navette, le taxi coute moins cher = 20€) et dans une avenue disposant de toutes les comodités à pied. Assez propre même si quelque peu vetuste. Piscine non chauffée. Plage (non privée, beaucoup de locaux or pas très grande) très bien au pied de l'hotel. Attention transat payant (5€ les 2 avec parasol). Les plats servis au restaurant sont bons, un peu redondants mais acceptables (pattes, frittes dispo pour les plus compliqués). Le personnel ne parle pas francais. Celui du restaurant est vraiment formidable. Pour les petits budgets c'est parfait.

Ik ben echt tevreden , prijs en kuwaliteit waren gelijk, manager heeft me goed geholpen, personeel allemaal echt virendelijk en zorgzaam , mooie strand en mooie ligging

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη, το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι μας χρειάστηκε, οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλοί και άνετοι, η τιμή για τις παροχές που μας έγιναν ήταν ιδανική! Τα ανακαινισμένα τους δωμάτια είναι καταπληκτικά και η θέα φανταστική! Το φαγητό τους θέλει ακόμα προσοχή και περισσότερο δουλειά και λίγο καλύτερη ποιότητα, ειδικά τα ροφήματα!! Θα είναι κρίμα να χάσει καλές αξιολογήσεις λόγω της διατροφής, διότι διαφορετικά πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο!! ΣΑΣ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΥΜΕ ΠΟΛΥ!!
