I will stay there again if I ever go back to granbury. Friendly service. Friendly staff and the lady that was doing breakfast was very friendly I have never had that at a hotel the breakfast lady has always had an attitude and she was so friendly so nice.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. It would be beneficial to have hand holds in the shower....avoid slip and falls.

It was great. Jackie was very helpful in getting the rooms together or close together for most of the family/friends who were in town for a wedding. All the staff was very friendly and very accommodating to all.

"Not staying here again"

Location to the town square

Too many problems at this hotel. The elevator was broken our entire stay and the only room they had for us was on the 4th floor even though I reserved 3 months ahead. The pool, hot tub were not open from a broken pipe. There was a strong, bad sewer odor coming from our shower our entire stay. Small thing-They had NO pods with caffeine for the coffee maker. Breakfast you can skip. We always like HI hotels but this one was disappointing. The staff were very nice and apologetic at least.
