The property was centrally located and only a 5 minute drive from the soccer tournament.

This was a nice and clean hotel

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The problem was the noise level of other guests that could be heard all night until about 1:30 am in the adjacent room. I did get up and go to the front desk to inform them and to ask for another room but they were totally booked. She did go up and tried to get the yo be quiet and turn down the TV. It was an adjoining room and I was next to a bunch of kids while their parents were apparently in a room across the hall.

Comfortable bed, hot breakfast, heated pool and jacuzzi, quiet stay.

Bed was hard

The front desk attendant was not friendly when checking in. Some of the amenities described online were unavailable. The room smelled like a damp basement and there was black mold on the wall. Just unkept overall. Someone threw up directly in front of the elevators and all the hotel did was put a wet sign over it and it was there over two hours later when we checked out.

Great location in Granbury. Quiet, easy access to historic Square and shopping

No issue with property or hotel

I didn’t like is that we checked out. Almost two hours later we get a call to tell me the system didn’t save my card info and that they have ni payment on file for me when my back showed pending transaction for the day before when we checked in. I told personal we received a receipt when we checked out and no one told us that at that moment. She said I’m sorry but I need a card. Provided the card over the phone she said ok thank you. Hung up still called me two more times. And two days later still calling me there is no card on file. And my bank is still pending the hotel charge. Never have had this happen to me at any hotel. Not sure how true this issue is. Sorry only reason I’m rating it a 1.
