The hotel is near a heavy traffic street. Early night is a little noisy.

Threatened by the manager to have people come in my room and make me understand my water is hot, when it’s obviously still cold

There was no one to greet me when I arrived even though I had texted my arrival time. The lobby stank of pot. There was no offer to help me bring luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. The entire place was hot as there is no air conditioning except for loud room units. The first room had a broken toilet seat. I requested a second room. The second room had shower doors that would not open. I went back downstairs and demanded a refund.
