Hotel Burgess

I really think the front office lady is soppouse to be on meds but didnt take them that evening she was so out of it that i just dint want to believe she is in customer service.

Bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. Outlet plugins are not up to code and a fire hazard. Front desk is rude and I caught her trying to sneak into our room when she thought we were still grabbing stuff in the car this morning. When asked the reason for trying to get intro our room she had no answer and got aggressive

The hotel is a step back in time and is actually unique. The room was not stocked properly. They had a coffee maker but no cups. No water cups either. Otherwise, it was a stay that would be worth at last one time visit

dated old hotel , needs a major update, old furniture, low frills, it was clean , but sad and dated.

We stayed there for a wedding close by and loved the old hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and it's a quiet area. Check in was easy and staff very nice. I would stay here again.

A unique older hotel. Amenities are dated as would be expected with a hotel in this genre.

No hot water and dirty room. Called and they said we didn't wait long enough for hot water. We waited over 30 minutes and still nothing. The sheets were full of hair and they said I should have reached out to house cleaning. I got in late and was tired from work. Won't give a good review AT ALL.
